Establishing credibility for an international education provider

Situation

This international education provider was seeking two things: 1) To increase uptake of its newly developed Ai-powered digital recruitment portal, and 2) To establish credibility for its brand among US and Canadian-based university enrollment professionals.

Solution

After conducting qualitative research and comprehensive message development, Evergreen launched a global education campaign targeting recruitment agents and enrollment professionals via video, unpaid/paid social media, and email.  

Results

We saw engaged sessions via their Ai-powered recruitment portal increase by 60%; Email open rates of 38%, well above previous campaigns; an uptick in the number of new university partners; and video view completions via LinkedIn up by more than 1,300%. As part of the education campaign, Evergreen produced more than a dozen pieces of thought leadership, created, and launched more than 40 email campaigns and videos, designed more than 50 university partner JPEGs, and designed an enhanced Institutions landing page.

This trade association of creditors rights attorneys needed compelling messaging to better articulate their industry’s role in the US economy.

Solution

Chip conducted more than 15 qualitative interviews with board members, staff, and prominent attorneys to create a central ‘Key Message’ document that would serve the board and membership as the Association’s central messaging record.

Results

The Association has a thoughtful set of key messages and tough Q&As in the event a media interview or crisis arises. More important, members are now all working from the same script.
